NCISRT 2026 – Abstract Submission Guidelines
Conference Dates: 4th to 6th December 2026

- Abstract Submission Deadline: 10th October 2026
- Acceptance Notification: On or before 30th October 2026
Submission Process
- Abstracts must be submitted exclusively via the conference website.
- Submissions via email, post, or other means will not be accepted.
- For technical issues or queries, please contact the abstracts committee.
Registration Policy
- Registration is not mandatory at the time of abstract submission, but attendees are encouraged to register early to avail early bird benefits.
- If accepted, the presenting author must register within 5 days of notification at the applicable fee at that time.
- Failure to register within this period will result in withdrawal of the abstract from the program.

- Oral Paper Presentation
- Electronic Poster Presentation
Content Categories
- Clinical Trials
- Original Research
- Case Series
- Literature Reviews / Systematic Reviews
- Scientific Educational Exhibit
Abstract Format & Word Limits
- Electronic Poster Presentations: Maximum 300 words
- Oral Presentations: Maximum 500 words
- The presenting author must be listed as the first author.
Review Process
- All abstracts will be reviewed by a panel of experts.
- The committee’s decision will be final.
- The Scientific Committee will strive to accommodate your presentation preferences.
Travel & Accommodation
- No travel or accommodation grants will be provided.
- Presenters must make their own arrangements.
Winners will be announced at the valedictory function on 6th December 2026.
